A group of pupils and staff baked rainbow decorated cakes to sell in aid of the school charity fund. A great effort overall!
Bayside staff walked to raise money for breast cancer. It was a good opportunity for team bonding and to show support for a worthy cause.

Each year our history department runs a competition to encourage our students to research and learn about an important part of our history. The topic changes each year to reflect landmark occasions in Gibraltar. This year the students were tasked to research the history of our school which is celebrating its 50th birthday.

We also took the opportunity to introduce the new head boy and the responsibility team to the students.
Bayside School, at the old site on Bayside Road, opened its doors as a modern comprehensive school in September 1972. This academic year is the school's 50th anniversary and we want to celebrate this important birthday with an event which brings our school community together.
We will be selling food and drinks and all the proceeds of these sales will be donated to three different charities.
